Many maintenance staff worry large volumes of dust will fly around during Primary Bag Filter replacement, polluting indoor spaces and compromising on-site sanitation. For filters with massive dust buildup after long periods without maintenance, use a small vacuum cleaner to gently extract floating dust from filter bag surfaces before disassembly and replacement, further eliminating risks of airborne dust. Even if tiny amounts of floating dust appear on-site, they fall within normal controllable ranges and disperse rapidly after brief ventilation, with no lasting environmental pollution.
