How to install No Partition HEPA Filter in clean room
The No Partition HEPA Filter plays a key purification role in the clean room. Correct installation can ensure its filtering effect and service life.
Before installation, carefully check the clean room environment, ensure the flatness and cleanliness of the ceiling or wall installation site, remove dust and debris, and prevent impurities from entering the filter during installation and affecting performance. At the same time, check the appearance of the filter to see if the filter paper is damaged, whether the sealant is intact, and whether the frame is deformed.
During installation, determine the installation position and direction of the filter according to the design requirements. Generally, the top air supply and side return air method is adopted, and the filter is placed steadily on the installation frame. Note that the air outlet surface of the filter faces the inside of the clean room. Use special sealing strips or liquid tank sealants to ensure that the filter and the frame are tightly sealed to prevent unfiltered air from leaking into the clean room.
After installation, perform a sealing test. A particle counter can be used to scan around the filter. If the particle concentration is detected to exceed the standard, it means that the seal is not tight and the seal needs to be readjusted. Only by passing the test can the No Partition HEPA Filter operate stably in the clean room and effectively ensure the air cleanliness.
