Selection And Configuration Of Air Filters
For small purification equipment such as clean workbenches, air shower rooms, laminar flow hoods, etc., due to the small amount of air processed, coarse or medium efficiency filters are generally used for the fresh air inlet surface, and high-efficiency filters or chao high-efficiency filters are selected for the air supply end; 2. For the selection and configuration of air filters in purification air conditioning systems, rational selection and configuration are generally based on the air cleanliness level of the clean room and the special requirements of the production process.
A. For cleanroom purification systems with a capacity of 10 to 100000 yuan, three types of air filters are usually used, namely coarse efficiency, medium efficiency, and high-efficiency filters; Coarse efficiency and medium efficiency are generally placed in air treatment units, and medium efficiency filters are placed in the positive pressure section. Sub high efficiency or high efficiency filters are generally located at the end of the purification air conditioning system.
B. For purification air conditioning systems ranging from 100 to 1000 levels, coarse efficiency, medium efficiency, and sub high efficiency filters are usually installed in the fresh air treatment unit. In the clean room circulating air system, high-efficiency filters or chao high-efficiency filters should also be installed; Generally, high-efficiency filters are located at the end of the purification air conditioning system, that is, on the ceiling of the clean room; For chao high-efficiency filters, they are installed at the end of the purification air conditioning system to ensure the required level of air cleanliness.
When the air processing air volume of the entire purification system is known, the number of filters required can be determined based on the rated air volume of the selected filter.
