How Often Should Compact Air Filters Be Replaced?

Compact Air Filters

There is no fixed standard for the replacement cycle of Compact Air Filters. It mainly depends on the usage scenario, environmental cleanliness and the filter's own condition. Reasonable replacement can ensure the filtering effect and avoid affecting equipment operation due to clogging. Generally, it is recommended to replace it every 1-12 months, and the specific time can be judged according to the actual situation.
In scenes with high cleanliness, such as laboratories and clean rooms, there are few impurities in the environment, and the filter wears slowly, so the replacement cycle can be extended to 6-12 months; in scenes with serious pollution, such as chemical plants and mine workshops, there are many dust and impurities, which are easy to cause filter clogging, so it is recommended to replace it every 1-3 months.
In addition, the replacement time can be judged by observing the filter pressure difference and filtering effect: if the pressure difference increases significantly, the air output decreases, or the cleanliness of the filtered air does not meet the standard, it needs to be replaced in time. When replacing, pay attention to turning off the power of the relevant equipment, select the appropriate model, ensure tight sealing, avoid affecting the filtering effect due to improper installation, and extend the service life of the equipment.
