How to judge whether the Panel Pre Filter needs to be replaced

The Panel Pre Filter needs to be checked regularly to avoid blockage that affects the ventilation effect. You can use the following methods to determine whether it needs to be replaced:
Observe the appearance
Check whether the filter surface is full of dust or debris. If it is obviously black and dirty, it means that it is seriously blocked.
Test the air volume
Feel the air volume at the air outlet with your hand. If you feel that the wind force is significantly weakened, it may be caused by the increase in filter resistance.
Check the pressure difference
If the system is equipped with a differential pressure gauge, it needs to be replaced when the pressure difference exceeds 2 times the initial value.
Use time
Generally, it needs to be replaced every 3-6 months. If the environment is dusty, the replacement cycle should be shortened.
Check the frame
If the Panel Pre Filter is found to be deformed, damaged or the sealing strip is aged, it should be replaced even if it is not completely blocked.
It is recommended to do these checks regularly. Timely replacement can ensure ventilation effect and extend the service life of subsequent filtering equipment.
