Core Features
Filter material structure: The filter material is made of high-quality synthetic fiber and microfiber composite materials to form an incremental density structure. This design balances the surface porosity of the filter material with the deep filtration capacity, ensuring both the initial filtration efficiency and the long-term dust holding stability.
Filter performance: For particles with a particle size of ≥1.0μm, the filtration efficiency range is 40%-60% (weight method), which can efficiently capture larger particles such as hair, pollen, and dandruff. The combination of special non-woven fabric material and galvanized iron frame enables it to stably capture 1-5μm dust particles in a clean room environment.
Environmental adaptability: The F5 Class Air Filter has 80℃ temperature resistance and 100% relative humidity resistance, meeting fire protection standards. Seamless welding technology and bag support design ensure the structural stability of the filter under complex working conditions.
Operation reliability: The multi-bag welding process is adopted to support modular configuration of 4-10 bags, and the air volume coverage of a single device is wide. The non-biologically active design of the filter bag can effectively inhibit the growth of microorganisms and reduce the risk of secondary pollution.
